Through its internship programme the United Nations Dual Career and Staff Mobility Programme (DC&SM) offers a challenging and rewarding introduction generally to the work of international organizations, and particularly to aspects surrounding dual careers and staff mobility, an issue of ever-increasing importance and relevance in the United Nations system and beyond.
