The DC&SM Programme has a mandate to increase access to working permits for spouses/partners accompanying UN system staff members on expatriate assignments.
In order to facilitate negotiations between UN system organizations and host states in this matter, the DC&SM secretariat developed the "Work Permit Toolkit".
