Programme Coverage and Effectiveness

The United Nations Dual Career and Staff Mobility Programme currently measures coverage of three of its services: the availability to staff members' spouses/partners of a Local Expatriate Spouse Association (LESA); the availability of up-to-date Country Information; and the availability of up-to-date information on Obtaining the Right to Work in the host country (OTRTW information).

"Coverage", or the availability of services to the greatest number of clients is a key strategy of the programme. Duty stations with the largest number of spouses/partners are assigned the highest priority for the provision of our services.
