(by Mr. Weru Ngatia, LESA Cambodia Chairperson) LESA Cambodia is losing its Founder Chairperson, Cristiana Marra, upon assignment of her spouse to another country.
Cristiana has steered the LESA here in Phnom Penh since its inception and members are so very reluctantly letting her go. She has provided great and timely support to all spouses, especially those arriving here in Cambodia from overseas to join their partners on their new posting.
We in LESA Cambodia want to thank Cristiana for taking care of us in so many ways. Courtesy of Cristiana, LESA Cambodia is now well positioned among the UN Agencies in Phnom Penh as well as other key development partners. This has made it easy for members to obtain work. As Cristiana leaves, she leaves more doors open for LESA Cambodia to network for current and future opportunities.
